Awards Outside of School

Dylan in year 2 received 'Spirit of the Game' at Lee Valley.   He also scored 4 goals in 1 game.  Well done!
Ray in year 1 received Man of the Match at Invicta.

Lucy, Sophie and Riley from year 2 were invited to the Civic Service held at the Church of the Good Shepherd attended by Cllr Dilip Patel on Sunday 17th March.

They were part of a small group of 6 children and young people from the church who were asked to address the Mayor of Havering along with many other Mayors from different boroughs and local politicians such as Andrew Rosindell.  They spoke about what they felt was meant by 'Tomorrow can be Different' and what this meant to each of them individually.

They all stood united in front of a large adult audience and each read their individual wish out loud for all to hear.  They were all amazing and gave everyone they addressed serious food for thought from a child's perspective.

They did their parents proud and are a credit to Parklands Infants School.

From a very proud parent!!
